Exhibitor Advertising

The NorCal OAUG Board has come up with three advertising opportunities available only to Training Day Exhibitors

1)    We will be buy notepads to be given to all of the estimated 600 attendees.  On the cover of this notepad is a 3.5"x5" label.  There is room on this label for a 3"x3" Exhibitor advertisement.  The cost for this placement is $1000, (to help offset the cost of the notepads).  Click here for a sample of last years notepad.

2)    On the front of the portfolio each attendee receives there will be a 3.5" x 5" label dedicated 100% to an Exhibitor's message.  The cost for this placement is $1000.  Click here for a sample of last years portfolios.

All labels will be printed in color using an ink jet printer.  Every attempt will be made to ensure the colors are reproduced accurately.

Exhibitor Booths

There are 50 Exhibitor Booths available in the Exhibitor Hall.  The cost is $1500 per booth.  Please review the Exhibit Hall layout below for open booth numbers.  Booths will not be reserved until the NorCal OAUG has received payment and a completed Exhibitor Contract.

Exhibitor Presentations

There are 12 Exhibitor Presentation slots available.  Exhibitor Presentation slots are only open to Exhibitors who have reserved a booth.  The cost of the Exhibitor Presentation slot is an additional $1000 (the combined booth and presentation cost is $2500).   This year all exhibitor presentations will be held at the same time, currently 9:45-10:45.

Exhibitor Contract

No booth reservations can be made without a completed Exhibitor Contract and Payment.       

Exhibitor Payments can now be made using your credit card

Using PayPal exhibitors can now pay for either an Exhibitor Booth or Exhibitor Booth and Presentation using your credit card.  Please remember to complete the Exhibitor Contract and mail it to the NorCal OAUG.  Booths will not be reserved until we have both a payment and a signed contract.  If you pay by credit card it is essential that you fax your signed exhibitor contract to  360-230-4386.  Without the signed contract we can not reserve your exhibit hall booth.
