The NorCal OAUG Board decided to create a new Oracle
Board Member position that is appointed by the current board members. This
year based on the votes from the members and our continued strong relationship
with Kevin Attwood he will fill this new 7th Board Member position. This
appointment opens up one additional spot for an elected Board Member.
Based on the election results John Peters, Carl Harter
and Mark West will be joining the NorCal OAUG Board for the 2006 to 2008 term.
The NorCal OAUG Board would like to thank all of the other Candidates for taking
the time to run. The turn out this year for the NorCal OAUG Board
Elections was the best we have ever seen. We would also like to
thank all those members who took the time to vote.
