Exhibitor Options
1) Base Exhibitor Package - $1500
- One 6’ draped table and two chairs in a pre-assigned location in the foyer area of the conference. Any pop-up displays that you want to put behind the table must not exceed 8’ in width. We are limited to 25 exhibitor tables at this event.
- Power and internet access are included.
- Two Complimentary Passes to the event.
2) Exhibitor + Comp Pass Package - $2250
- Everything in the ’Base Exhibitor Package’ above.
- Plus 10 Complimentary Passes that the exhibitor can distribute to customers or use for their own staff. This is a $950 value.
3) Exhibitor + Parking Sponsorship - $4500
- Everything in the ’Exhibitor + Comp Pass Package’ above.
- Plus have every attendee come to a parking validation station located at your table to save themselves $5 on self-parking at the DoubleTree. This is the best way to ensure you see
the most attendees (the exhibitor cannot force attendees to hand over business cards to get validations).
- Plus you get one of 5 presentation speaking slots in the Silicon Valley room (sessions are run concurrently with all other conference sessions).
4) Exhibitor + Lunch Sponsorship - $4500
- Everything in the ’Exhibitor + Comp Pass Package’ above.
- Plus have your company’s logo and URL placed on signs at the conference lunch tables.
- Plus you get one of 5 presentation speaking slots in the Silicon Valley room (sessions are run concurrently with all other conference sessions).
5) Exhibitor + Coffee/Tea Sponsorship - $4500
- Everything in the ’Exhibitor + Comp Pass Package’ above.
- Plus have your company’s logo and URL placed on signs at the conference coffee/tea tables.
- Plus you get one of 5 presentation speaking slots in the Silicon Valley room (sessions are run concurrently with all other conference sessions).
6) Exhibitor + Travel Mug Sponsorship - $4500
- Everything in the ’Exhibitor + Comp Pass Package’ above.
- Plus have your company’s logo and URL placed on a stainless steel travel mug, (given to the first 400 attendees).
- Plus you get one of 5 presentation speaking slots in the Silicon Valley room (sessions are run concurrently with all other conference sessions).
7) Exhibitor + CamelBak Water Bottle Sponsorship - $4500
- Everything in the ’Exhibitor + Comp Pass Package’ above.
- Plus have your company’s logo and URL placed on a CamelBak Water Bottle, (given to the first 400 attendees).
- Plus you get one of 5 presentation speaking slots in the Silicon Valley room (sessions are run concurrently with all other conference sessions).
Exhibitor Contract and Payments
No exhibitor reservations can be made without a completed Exhibitor Contract and Payment.
