Exhibitor Information
Exhibitor Booths
There are 35 Exhibitor Booths available in the Exhibitor
Hall. The cost is currently $1500 per booth. Please review the Exhibit Hall
layout below for open booth numbers. Booths will not be reserved until the NorCal OAUG has received payment and a completed Exhibitor Contract.
Exhibitor Booth and Presentations
There are 13 Exhibitor Presentation slots available.
Exhibitor Presentation slots are only open to Exhibitors who have reserved a
booth. The combined cost of the Exhibitor Booth and Presentation slot is $3000
All exhibitor presentations will be held at the same time, currently Session 2.
Hand On Training
Based on the success of the Hands On OBIEE Training Seminar
the NorCal OAUG provided this year we have decided to offer 4 dedicated sessions at
this years Training Day. There will be 2 Hands On Training Sessions
happening at any one time. Attendance will be limited to the first 30 who
sign up the day of the conference. A signup sheet will be posted at the
registration desk the day of the event. Attendees must bring their own
laptop with WiFi card to connect to the instance. We are currenly looking
for a company who is willing to provide the hosted instances. If you are interested
in hosting the instances for these hands on sessions or providing some of the Hands On Training,

Exhibitor Sponsorships
We are currently planning 3 Logo'ed Exhibitor Item Sponsorships (Water Bottle, Notebook and Tote Bag) available at $2500 each. All attendees will receive these items. Get your companies logo on an Item everyone will be carrying around during the Training Day.
