Exhibitor Booths
There are 47 Exhibitor Booths available in the Exhibitor
Hall. The cost is $2000 per booth. Please review the Exhibit Hall
layout below for open booth numbers. Booths will not be reserved until the NorCal OAUG has received payment and a completed Exhibitor Contract.
Exhibitor Presentations
There are 18 Exhibitor Presentation slots available.
Exhibitor Presentation slots are only open to Exhibitors who have reserved a
booth. The cost of the Exhibitor Presentation slot is an additional $2000 (the combined booth and presentation cost
is $4000). This year all exhibitor
presentations will be held at the same time, currently 9:45-10:45.
Exhibitor Sponsorships
This year the NorCal OAUG will be hosting an evening
reception. Attendees stated "If there was a social event after the
Training Day they would stick around to avoid the commute rush".
Exhibitors also requested additional activities to be held in the Exhibit Hall
to provide more opportunities to network with attendees. So the NorCal
OAUG Board has decided to hold a reception after the Training Day. The
event will run from 4:30-7:00 in the Exhibit Hall. Exhibitors are
encouraged to sponsor food and beverage items to drive foot traffic to their
booth. Items will be limited to one or two booths and we will provide a
map that describes what booths will host which food and beverage items. So
don't delay select your sponsorship items today.

We also still have two more Item Sponsorships
available at $2000 each. All attendees will receive one of these items.
Get your companies logo on an Item everyone will be carrying around during the
Training Day. You can pay for these items by clicking on the link above.
